Cuttlefish au gratin

I didn't expect this but they turned out really good.
I rinsed the cuttlefish and then dried them well with paper towels.
To make the breadcrumbs stick together, I put the yolk and white of a chicken egg in a cup and dipped one cuttlefish at a time.
After draining it, I put it in the breadcrumbs.
