Cuttlefish stew

These are some cuttlefish stew dishes. After several attempts, I found the perfect firing times.
I only use sunflower oil for my fried food.
If you add black pepper, be sure to add it only after cooking. In these dishes I used only oil, black pepper and chopped parsley.


The secret is to put them in the pot for exactly 2 minutes from when the oil is hot and to keep them covered with the lid. after exactly 1 minute they are in the pot, lift the lid (having set the hood fan to maximum speed) and quickly stir the cuttlefish and immediately close the lid again.
