Stepper board

This board was created for a customer. Four different prototypes were made. This is the relevant hardware on the various boards:

  • ATMEGA2560 - MCU a 8 bit, AVR ATmega Family ATmega256X Series Microcontrollers, 16 MHz, 256 KB, 8 KB, 100 Pin
  • ATSAM4S16C - MCU ARM, serie SAM4S, SAM32 Family SAM 4S Series Microcontrollers, ARM Cortex-M4, 32bit, 120 MHz
  • BD63610 - Motor Driver/Controller, Stepper, 19V to 28V, 28V/600mA/2 Outputs
  • MP6518 - Stepper motor driver with a built-in micro stepping translator. It operates from a supply voltage of up to 35V and can deliver motor current up to 1.5A.
  • TAS5720LRSMT - Digital input Cass-D audio amplifier 20-W mono, 4.5- to 16.5-V supply
  • PCA9685 - Driver LED, 16 output, 2,3V-5,5V in, switch 1MHz, 5,5V/25mA out
  • PCA9517 - Level shifting between low voltage (down to 0.9V) and higher voltage (2.7V to 5.5V) I²C-bus
  • TLE4905L - Hall Effect Sensor, Unipolar, 100 mA, SIP, 3 Pins, 3.8 V, 24 V
  • MPM3610A - DC/DC POL Converter, Adjustable, Sync Buck, 2MHz, 4.5V to 21V in, 0.8V to 17.43V/1.2A Out, QFN-20
  • TL7712A - Voltage Supervisor, Active-High, Active-Low Reset, 3.5V to 18V
  • NVT2006PW - Voltage Level Translator, Bidirectional, 12 Input, 1.5 ns, 0 V to 5.4 V, TSSOP-16
