In my recipes with smoked salmon I use dill, Tropea red onion, shallot, Italian extra virgin olive oil, salad, basil, black olives, parsley.
I have tried it with a beer, but the best thing is to taste smoked salmon with a Prosecco Valdobbiadene DOCG!

The dish in photo 20200806 is made from 4 different types of smoked salmon: Scottish salmon, Norwegian salmon, wild Alaskan salmon, organic Scottish salmon.
My advice is not to serve salmon cold from the fridge! Enjoy it at room temperature, your taste buds will thank you!
